In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, permit any third party to use your Account, or access any Account other than your own.

662b will never contact you via email, SMS, telephone, or live chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 662b and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account, whether authorised by you or not, provided that 662b has authenticated the session using your valid credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 662b immediately by contacting [email protected] and change your password without delay.

662b reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice to the Account holder.

All financial transactions on the 662b Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or supported bank transfer.
• Maximum Deposit: Subject to individual account limits communicated in your Account dashboard.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account in real time. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals for fully verified Accounts are processed within 15 minutes for mobile financial service methods during operational hours. Bank transfers may require up to 3 business days.
• Verification Requirement: All withdrawals require a fully verified Account. You must complete identity and payment method verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible, as an anti-money-laundering control.

662b does not charge fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 662b is not responsible.

662b offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money Balance and are used in Wagers only after real-money Balance has been exhausted, unless otherwise specified.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active per Account at any time, unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• 662b reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on the 662b Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or casino game selected. General betting rules include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the Wager is confirmed. 662b does not honour bets placed at odds that resulted from a technical error or were clearly published in error.
• For cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), the rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB) apply in determining the settlement of markets where 662b rules do not provide explicit guidance.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to connectivity and platform availability. 662b is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on your side or brief platform maintenance windows.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per Wager are displayed at the point of bet placement and vary by event and market.
• All settled bets are final. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of settlement by contacting [email protected].

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 662b Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a proxy, nominee, or third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other Players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct intended to corrupt the integrity of any sporting event on which 662b offers betting markets.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, errors, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 662b staff or other Platform users.

Upon detection of Prohibited Conduct, 662b reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all associated Wagers and winnings, forfeit the entire Account Balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

662b is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that allow Players to manage their betting behaviour effectively. The following tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your Account dashboard.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeout alerts and hard cut-offs.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 662b Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
